VB-G RAM G Attendance Assam: Check NMMS Attendance and Muster Roll Online

Quick note: VB-G RAM G stands for Viksit Bharat – Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission (Gramin). It replaced MGNREGA (Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act) from 1 July 2026 and now guarantees up to 125 days of wage employment per rural household in a financial year.

How to check VB-G RAM G attendance in Assam. Worksite attendance across all 35 districts of Assam is captured digitally through the NMMS app and can be verified online through the muster roll report.

Checking Attendance Records in Assam

  1. Open the VB-G RAM G portal Reports section.
  2. Select Financial Year and State = Assam.
  3. Choose your District (Kamrup, Nagaon, Barpeta etc.), Block and Gram Panchayat.
  4. Open the Muster Roll / Attendance report for your work.
  5. Verify your name, days marked present, and the wage days credited.

How Attendance Is Captured

  • The Mate photographs workers at the site twice a day through the NMMS app
  • Photos are geo-tagged and time-stamped, then uploaded in real time
  • Attendance feeds the muster roll automatically, deciding wage days
  • Wages of Rs. 256 per day in Assam are then paid via DBT

What if my attendance was not marked in Assam?

Raise it immediately with the Mate and your Gram Rozgar Sahayak; unmarked attendance means the wage day may not be credited.

Can workers see their own attendance?

Yes, the muster roll report on the portal is public — anyone can verify attendance entries for free.
