Palanhar Scheme: पालनहार योजना सभी बच्चों को मिलेंगे हर महीने ₹2500 आवेदन शुरू

विवरण

राज्य सरकार द्वारा राज्य के अनाथ बच्चों को लाभान्वित करने के लिए पालनहार योजना शुरू की गई है। पालनहार योजना के अंतर्गत राज्य के अनाथ बच्चों या जिनके माता-पिता का निधन हो चुका है, उनके पालन-पोषण, शिक्षा आदि की व्यवस्था संस्थागत नहीं, बल्कि समाज के भीतर बालक-बालिकाओं के निकटतम रिश्तेदार/परिचित के परिवार में की जाएगी। राज्य द्वारा इच्छुक व्यक्ति को पालक बनाकर पारिवारिक वातावरण में शिक्षा, भोजन, वस्त्र एवं अन्य आवश्यक सुविधाएँ उपलब्ध कराई जाएँगी।

यह योजना राजस्थान सरकार द्वारा राज्य के 0 से 18 वर्ष तक के विशेष देखभाल एवं संरक्षण प्राप्त बालक/बालिकाओं की विभिन्न श्रेणियों के लिए है। इसके अंतर्गत आने वाले बालक/बालिकाओं की देखभाल एवं पालन-पोषण की व्यवस्था परिवार के ही किसी निकट रिश्तेदार/परिचित द्वारा की जाती है। बालक/बालिकाओं की देखभाल करने वाले को संरक्षक नियुक्त किया गया है। सरकार बालक/बालिकाओं के आर्थिक, सामाजिक एवं शैक्षणिक विकास को सुनिश्चित करती है तथा मासिक आधार पर वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करती है।

लाभ

अनाथ श्रेणी:
आयु वर्ग (0 से 6 वर्ष) के लिए: 1500/- रुपये प्रति माह।
आयु वर्ग (6 से 18 वर्ष) के लिए: 2500/- रुपये प्रति माह।
अन्य श्रेणी:
आयु वर्ग (0 से 6 वर्ष) के लिए: 500/- रुपये प्रति माह।
आयु वर्ग (6 से 18 वर्ष) के लिए: 1000/- रुपये प्रति माह।
पुस्तकें/स्टेशनरी/पोशाक/स्वेटर/जूते आदि के लिए: 2000/- रुपये प्रति वर्ष।

पात्रता

अनाथ बालक/बालिका।
न्यायिक आदेशों के तहत मृत्युदंड/आजीवन कारावास की सजा पाए माता-पिता के बच्चे।
पेंशन प्राप्त करने वाली विधवा माता के बच्चे (एक समय में अधिकतम 3 बच्चे)।
पुनर्विवाहित विधवा माताओं के बच्चे।
एचआईवी/एड्स प्रभावित माता/पिता के बच्चे।
कुष्ठ रोग से पीड़ित माता-पिता के बच्चे।
संबंधित माताओं के बच्चे (एक समय में अधिकतम 3 बच्चे)।
विशेष रूप से सक्षम माता-पिता के बच्चे।
पेंशन प्राप्त करने वाली तलाकशुदा/परित्यक्त महिलाओं के बच्चे।
सिलिकोसिस से पीड़ित माता-पिता के बच्चे।
बच्चे की आयु 18 वर्ष से कम होनी चाहिए।
यदि बच्चे की आयु 18 वर्ष है और वह अभी भी 12वीं कक्षा या उससे निचली कक्षा में पढ़ रहा है/रह रहा है, तो ऐसी स्थिति में ऐसे बच्चों को एक वर्ष का अतिरिक्त लाभ दिया जाएगा (यह लाभ 19 वर्ष की आयु तक प्रदान किया जा सकता है)। बच्चे के 19 वर्ष की आयु पूरी करने या 12वीं कक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने के बाद उक्त लाभ देय नहीं होगा।
यह प्रमाण पत्र कि अभिभावक राजस्थान राज्य का मूल निवासी है या तीन वर्ष से अधिक समय से राज्य में रह रहा है।
अभिभावक के परिवार की वार्षिक आय 1.20 लाख रुपये से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए।

Details

Palanhar Yojana has been started by the state government to benefit the orphan children of the state. Under the Palanhar Yojana, arrangements for the upbringing, education, etc. of orphan children of the state or those whose parents have died will not be institutionalized, but in the family of the closest relative/acquaintance of the boys and girls within the society. Education, food, clothes, and other necessary facilities will be made available by the state in a family environment by making an interested person a foster.

This scheme is for different categories of boys/girls with special care and protection from 0 to 18 years of the state by the Government of Rajasthan. Arrangements for the care and upbringing of the boys/girls coming under this are made by a close relative/acquaintance within the family. The caretaker of the boys/girls has been appointed guardian. The government ensures the economic, social, and educational development of boys / girls and provides Monthly basis financial assistance.

Eligibility

Orphan boy/girl.
Children of parents sentenced to death/life imprisonment under judicial orders.
Children of a widowed mother receiving a pension (maximum 3 children at a time).
Children of remarried widowed mothers.
Children of HIV/AIDS affected mother/father.
Children of parents suffering from leprosy.
Children of related mothers (Maximum 3 children at a time).
Children of specially-abled parents.
Children of divorced/abandoned women receiving the pension.
Children of parents suffering from silicosis.
The age of the child should be less than 18 years.
If Child age is 18 and still studying/staying in 12th class or lower class, then in such a situation such children will be given an additional one year ( The benefit can be provided till the age of 19 years). The said benefit will not be payable after the child completes 19 years of age or passes 12th class.
The certificate that the guardian is a native of Rajasthan state or has been residing in the state for more than three years.
Guardian Family income should not be more than Rs. 1.20 Laks per annum.
