Eligibility Rules
- You must live in a rural area (the scheme covers Gram Panchayat areas)
- You must be an adult (18 years or above)
- You must be willing to do unskilled manual work
- Your household must be registered and hold a Gramin Rozgar Guarantee Card
- There is no income, caste or land-holding restriction
Documents Required
- Aadhaar card
- Residence proof in the Gram Panchayat
- Bank or post-office account passbook
- Passport-size photographs of adult members
Worker Entitlements
- Work within 15 days of demand, or unemployment allowance
- Work within 5 km of the village, or 10% extra wages
- Worksite facilities: drinking water, shade, first aid, creche
- Wages within 15 days, with compensation for delay
